The Role

We are seeking an individual to work with our regional consulting team in a full-time capacity to implement and deliver SAP SuccessFactors core HR and payroll solutions for our customers. The chosen individual will gain an opportunity to further develop their SAP SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll knowledge and experience whilst working for an organisation dedicated to HR & payroll solutions excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The key responsibilities for this role will be to:

  • Designing, implementing, and developing high-quality SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll business solutions

  • Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll systems

  • Being accountable for defined SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll assignments

  • Providing application enhancement services and project support to customer/business as required

  • Participating in system application development, configuration and testing

  • Apply configurations to the SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll modules

  • Ability to analyse payroll business requirements

  • Provide best practice guidance on how to best leverage the SuccessFactors solution and propose innovative and integrated solutions

  • Providing ongoing technical support and advice to our customers, managing project relationship with customers

  • Working with major customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll and related solutions/products

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a successful project outcome

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Work remotely and sometimes travel to customer sites

  • Complete projects on time and on budget


Desired Skills and Experience

Successful applicants will have:

  • Tertiary level qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of seven years payroll experience

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Payroll

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll knowledge with a minimum of three implementations

  • Experience in business process design and process mapping

  • Experience both in support and new implementations and working as part of a larger team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Customer focused and consultative style of addressing issues and solutions

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, & interpersonal), along with attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A commitment to deliver highest quality service to clients

  • Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Understands when to escalate.

  • Ability to gain commitment from others, effectively manage expectations and competing priorities

  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 25%
