Consultant - SuccessFactors EC Payroll Support

Position Summary

Providing specialist consulting services, support, solutions and implementation expertise to clients on best practices to achieve their HCM business outcomes. Working with our onshore teams to deliver value across diverse organizations globally.

Key Accountabilities

  • Translate client business requirements into business solutions

  • Configure applications

  • Complete data migration and User Interface Branding

  • Complete Unit Testing and provide UAT support

  • Provide ongoing support to clients

Key Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Completion of Introduction to SAP SuccessFactors Academy/ Intro to Mastery  

  • Preferred: Certification in Success Factor Employee Central  

  • Mandatory :Project implementation experience in SAP Payroll is mandatory

  • The preferred candidate should have exposure to payroll process in Australia, Singapore, Japan or Asia and should be certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • Demonstrated SuccessFactors implementation and support experience

  • Strong English communication skills are a must for this role (written, verbal, interpersonal)

  • Ability to multi-task, work remotely and support overseas customers

  • A commitment to deliver the highest quality service to clients.

  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting company preferred

  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors EC Payroll module would be considered an advantage

  • To work effectively both within a team environment and be self –motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

Educational Qualifications

4 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering or related field or equivalent.
