The Role:

The successful candidate will have  specialist professional HR consulting services and solutions to customer/business and facilitating the design, implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud.

Typical Experience:

  • Designing, implementing, developing, testing and supporting high quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

  • Contributing to internal knowledge base by documenting & sharing solutions implemented.

  • Understanding customers' business needs, thus contributing to the overall strategic outcomes of the project.

  • Undertaking comprehensive test documentation and execution activities.

  • Accountability for the delivery of defined Oracle HR/Payroll assignments.

  • Participation in tender response preparation and functional demonstrations.

  • Working with major customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed Oracle HR/Payroll and related solutions/products.

  • Providing ongoing support and advice to Presence of IT’s customer base.

  • Other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned.

 

The Successful Applicant will have:

  • Specialist functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud & Oracle Taleo

  • At least 3 end to end implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and related functionality

  • Implementation expertise in Oracle Taleo & experience in all stages of implementation from requirements gathering to configuration, reporting and using TCC for integration.

  • Good business documentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

  • A high-level understanding of business processes as they relate to modern Human Resource practices.

  • An operational understanding of broader business issues.

  • Flexibility to either work within a team or to demonstrate leadership qualities to Presence of IT or customer team members.
