We provide thought leadership, process improvement, software implementation and support services in Human Capital Management (HCM) to the largest private and public sector organisations globally. Presence of IT is facing a period of significant growth and this has led to the need for an experienced Support Consultant to join our Managed Services team.

Role And Responsibility

  • Perform issue investigation and resolution for support of the Presence of IT SaaS Payroll and HR solutions

  • Perform issue investigation and resolution for remote support of ‘Talent On Demand’ customers

  • Translate client business requirements into business solutions

  • Address change requests and perform configurations such as new element setup, collective agreements, etc.

  • Perform solution deployment to multiple instances.

  • Perform system testing before releasing the component for UAT and provide UAT support.

Required Experienced

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills:

  • Experience with Oracle E-business Suite Payroll & HR modules

  • Ideally will have successfully completed 2 - 3 full customer project implementations in their relevant product as the lead consultant

  • Have experience in delivering support for Payroll and HR systems through a service delivery model

  • Strong knowledge in Payroll and one or more of the HR disciplines and along with general knowledge of HR practice and policy with a good understanding of functional groups that impact or are impacted by HR and Payroll systems and processes

  • Experience in business process design and process mapping

  • Customer focused and consultative style of addressing issues and solutions

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, & interpersonal), along with attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

  • A commitment to deliver highest quality service to clients

  • Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Understands when to escalate.

  • Ability to gain commitment from others, effectively manage expectations and competing priorities

  • Able to work in an environment that requires flexible working times in order to support customer and business demands.

  • Experience with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition and Oracle HCM Cloud
