Due to growth we are looking for an Account Executive in our Oracle Practice (based in Melbourne). Focussing on Oracle’s HCM Cloud platform you will drive new business (both license resale and services) with a primary focus in Victoria and South Australia.

Position Summary

Presence of IT are looking for an Account Executive in Melbourne. You will be selling Oracle HCM Cloud licenses and associated services to net new customers (in Victoria and South Australia), through direct engagements and / or working in partnership with Oracle Australia.

You Will Be Required To

  • Manage the full sales cycle from identification to close and ongoing account management

  • Build lasting relationships with customers key stakeholders,

  • Work autonomously and have a consultative / client centric approach

We require someone who has sales experience working with HR decision makers or HCM / Payroll applications. Development and support are available for individuals without Oracle HCM Cloud, Implementation services or Cloud License sales experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generating demand for the Oracle Practice’s offerings including lead generation, developing opportunity execution plans and territory plans to penetrate and maximise opportunities across accounts and forecasting 3x pipeline

  • Managing the full sales cycle from identification to close

  • Managing requests for tender/proposals

  • Developing and building client strong relationships

  • Grow existing and dormant accounts.

  • Identifying opportunities to expand the existing footprint and deliver a more complete service

Key Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Sound knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies and account management.

  • Experience and understanding of Oracles or a competitors HCM platform and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends.

  • Experience selling to CHRO’s and / or HRD’s.

  • A consultative / solution led and client centric approach to sales.

  • A proven track record achieving revenue targets and developing strong client relationships.

  • Tertiary level qualifications coupled with at least 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
