The Oracle Managed Services team is currently delivering support services, including BPO Payroll services, for in excess of 20 customers who operate both within the ANZ region and globally.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to work within the Managed Services support centre to participate in the delivery of Payroll Services to a range of customers through our BPO service offering. When not providing BPO Payroll services the role is expected to contribute to the overall delivery of remote support services to our SaaS customer base.

 Key Accountabilities

  • End to End Payroll Activities

  • Processing New Starters and Terminations

  • Maintaining accurate data, including the monitoring of interface activities

  • Reconfiguration of payroll rules and set-up

  • Month and Year End reporting activities

  • Responding to payroll related enquiries in a timely manner

 Key Skills, Experience & Attributes

The successful applicants will have the following:

  • End to end payroll processing experience using a tier 1 payroll solution (preferably Oracle Ebusiness Suite)

  • Knowledge of and experience with Australian payroll legislation and taxation laws

  • Customer focused and consultative style of addressing issues and solutions

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, & interpersonal), along with attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

  •  A commitment to deliver highest quality service to clients

  • Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Understands when to escalate.

  • Ability to gain commitment from others, effectively manage expectations and competing priorities

  • Able to work in an environment that requires flexible working times in order to support customer and business demands.

  • Experience working in a BPO Payroll service team 

  • Experience with Oracle Ebusiness Suite Payroll module 

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
