Inside Sales (Part-time, 12 month FTC)
We have a newly created part-time (24hrs/ week) position for an Inside Sales representative on a 12 month FTC, dedicated to one of our IT sales divisions. This role is based in our North Sydney offices, but we can be flexible on how we shape this (during business hours), so may suit somebody returning to work from parental leave or someone studying.
Nurture passive customers
Direct marketing campaigns to customers
Develop sales collateral
Event coordination and drive attendance
Support national sales and marketing activities
Key Skills, Experience & Attributes
Need to be comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls
Ideally have some B2B sales experience (internal or external)
Proactive and able to identify internal improvement opportunities
Ideally have an understanding of how to run a nurture campaign / develop passive account messaging and communicating / identifying value to customers
Willing to undertake administrative tasks such as account and competitor mapping
Need to have experience preparing / coordinating proposal responses and attention to detail
Ability to improve sales processes with a creative eye!
